Annamaria Salley started Yogafied to encourage an early practice of yoga in children after she saw how it affected her seven-year-old. She was introduced to fitness at an early age, thanks to her mom. She is a certified Hatha Yoga Veda and Nextgeneration Yoga Instructor. She was part owner of the Queens Yoga Institute in New York She now teaches privately in Miami
She brings insight and experiencing addressing stress management through the integration of body, mind and breath inherent to yoga practice. Her classes are customized for people of all levels of fitness and experience. She is also available for group/private yoga lessons and parties.
